Rakun is a free API, so it may not be up all the time, and may be unreliable. I can't guarantee uptime, but for the most part it will be up with 99% uptime. If you want an uptime page for Rakun, you can find it at the Uptime Page.

The Rakun API Status page will return 200 if up, and 503 if not. It also returns the status for the search engine, as well as the status for the frontend. All should return OK if successful.
